At yesterday’s Cavan County Council Municipal District meeting I raised a motion in relation to our beautiful town lake. The council have agreed to investigate lowering the height of the stonewall slightly on the Cavan road and developing the town lake as an attractive amenity for local people

Well done to everyone who put together floats, came to support, and those helped out with the all the local parades in Bailieborough, Cootehill, Kingscourt and Mullagh. It takes a huge effort from everybody but it definitely is worth it. I hope everyone had a great St. Patrick’s Day
