Cavan County Council is embarking on the preparation of a new Corporate Plan for the 5 year period from 2015 to 2019.
The Corporate Plan sets out the objectives for the organisation over this period, and the accompanying strategies to achieve the objectives.
The objectives will be determined through consultation with
- members of the public
- staff
- elected members
- community interests
- and state agencies
All stakeholders with an interest or involvement in local government are asked to express their views in terms of defining, delivering and receiving local government services.
